For the past few years, I’ve followed the same routine every night. After dinner, I take a warm, soothing shower. Once my shower is complete, I read a novel for thirty minutes to an hour. Reading an exciting, heart-warming novel helps me relax. While I become engaged in an interesting storyline, I can forget about all of the stressful events of my day. I have read some of my favorite novels multiple times. And, I never get bored. In fact, I often discover something new when rereading a book that I missed the first time.
